My inspirational shots of various beasts that sometimes get turned into paintings but most often not. For those who complain that zoos should be closed and no wild animals kept in captivity I say this, I would rather have zoos that hold these beautiful creatures, endeavouring to maintain populations, than have them all free and basically extinct because others consider them as medicine, fur coats, ornaments or trophies. At least we can still see, photograph, sketch and paint living animals.
